The following Privacy Policy is applicable to all use of the website and all content, platforms, services and apps made available through that website, including but not limited to the client area and mobile application (our “Service” or our “Platform”).  All properties and assets made available through this site are owned and operated by Trusted Services Pte. Ltd. (“TSV”, “we”, “us”, and “our”)


This Privacy Policy describes how we protect Personal Information of our Customers and our Users. We appreciate the trust you put in us, and we assure you that we make every effort to give you control over your Personal Information. Below we have described, as transparently as possible, the scope of Information we collect, store and process when providing the Service and the Platform.


By using our Service or our Platform, you accept all rules applied by Trusted Services, so please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree to this Policy or can’t comply with it, you should not begin to use our Service or our Platform.

2.Information We Collect

1.1.Who Are “You”?

We refer to “You” a lot in this Privacy Policy. To better understand what information is most relevant to you, see the following useful definitions.


Clients: You hold an account and have paid for services on the NoqNoq Platform, and you have access to the Client Area or Dashboard where you are able to directly Purchase Credits, Create Locations, Generate QR Codes or Questionnaires within the Client Account.


Users: You have signed up for an account from the NoqNoq Mobile Application where you are able to Scan QR Codes, Complete Questionnaires, Submit Location Information and View Location Check-In History.


Website Visitor: You are just visiting one of our websites because you have heard about us from any third-party sites or from any of our Marketing and Sales Channel.


1.2.Information We Collect About You.

There are three type of information that we obtain from you online, then store and can possibly use. The three type of information that we obtain from you are:


  • Non-Personal Information that’s automatically collected from each visitor, such as your device operating system; and

  • Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us or that is collected automatically to facilitate provisioning of the business services you requested; and

  • Client Requested Information that you voluntarily provide when you have completed one or more of their Questionnaires.


We generally do not collect your personal data unless it is provided to us voluntarily by you directly, or via a third party who has been duly authorized by you to disclose your personal data to us, after you have been notified of the purposes for which the data is collected, and have provided them consent to the collection and usage of your personal data for those purposes.


We may collect personally identifiable information from you in a variety of ways, including through online forms for ordering products and services. There are also other instance where you are invited to volunteer such information, including, but not limited to, when you register for a an account on any of our services or when you are completing a Questionnaire requested by one of our Clients.

3. What do we use your Information for?

We process your personal information in the following categories of data for legitimate interests pursued by us, which are described in detail in this Privacy Policy. We have undertaken to ensure that we place clear limitations and practices on each of these uses so that your privacy is respected and only the information necessary to achieve these legitimate aims are collected and used by us.


As a Service Provider or a Data Intermediary, there are information that we collect and store on our servers on behalf of Our Clients but are not directly used, by us (Trusted Services Pte. Ltd.). Any usage of such data is covered by the Clients Privacy Policy.


Personal Information

We only collect, store and use Personal Information that is voluntarily provided to us. Examples of Personal Information includes, but are not limited to full name, email addresses and phone number. Personal Information collected by us are used in the following ways:


  • Creation of Account and Authentication to our Systems and Services.

  • Fulfilling your Transactions or Service Request, such as handing over your Personal Information to Our Clients when you successfully and voluntarily scan one of their NoqNoq Registered QR Codes.

  • Contact you with your consent; Sending you information about products and services that may interest you; inviting you to participate in Trusted Services activities. If you do not want to receive these types of information, you can opt out anytime.

  • Complying with and enforcing applicable legal requirements, industry standards or our policies.


We do not sell or rent your personal information to third party data vendors or marketing companies. However, we will disclose your information when required by law.


Location Check-In Information

We only collect, store and use Location Check-In Information when you successfully and voluntarily scan one of the QR Codes generated from the NoqNoq System. Our Clients only have access to the Location Check-In Information that are related to them. When you scan one of the NoqNoq Registered QR Codes that a Client is licensed to use, you provide them the right to use this Location Check-In Information, bound by the Clients own Privacy Policies. Any one of our Clients will, however, never gain access to the entirety of your location history that may extend across multiple Clients of ours.


Client Requested Information

As a Data Intermediary, we only collect and store Client Requested Information on behalf of Our Clients, and the usage of these information is strictly of the Clients Interest. Trusted Services Pte Ltd do not in any way use or further process the information requested by the Client. This includes, but is not limited to, information that is voluntarily provided by you when you have completed one of the Clients Questionnaire.


As Surveys and Questionnaires are custom created by Individual Clients, we (Trusted Services Pte Ltd) are not responsible for the type, kind, or sensitivity of the data requested by our Clients via their Questionnaires. We will however ensure that the data is securely stored and are only accessible by the Individual Clients.

4. Information Protection and Security

The security of your personal data is important to us. We use appropriate physical, management, and technical measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when we store, manage and use your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information such as passwords are transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then stored in an encrypted database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.


The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Data Retention and Your Rights

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. If you wish to exercise a right to obtain information about yourself, or to correct, update and delete that information, you may contact our customer support with the information below.


If you have responded to a Survey or Questionnaires sent to you by an Individual Client, you will need to reach out directly to that individual or organization to discuss managing, deleting, accessing, restricting access to or otherwise managing consent for use of, the information which you provided to them in your response. Trusted Services Pte. Ltd. does not control your response data and, accordingly, is not in a position to directly handle these requests in relation to that data.


If allowed by applicable laws, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time when Trusted Services processes your personal data based on your consent. However, withdrawal does not affect the legitimacy and effectiveness of how we process your personal data based on your consent before the withdrawal is made; nor does it affect any data processing based on another justification other than your consent.

6. Disclosure of Data

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third party data vendors or marketing companies. We do not share your information or data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:


  • Where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of, or in connection with, the provisioning the services. Such as after scanning a NoqNoq Registered QR Code.

  • Where such disclosure is required by the government or any relevant law.


7. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

Trusted Services reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time. We will release a new version of the Privacy Policy on this page for any changes. In circumstances where a change will materially change the way in which we collect or use your personal information or data, we will send a notice of this change to all our account holders.
